Expressing Truth in daily life
In Zen, realizing Truth is just as important as expressing Truth.
- Learn to let go of judgment and the constant need to compare the present moment with past experiences or imagined outcomes.
- Embrace a "don't know mind" to experience each moment fully, engaging with life as it is, free from attachment or resistance.
